Head of Operations & Compliance
Be the guardian of EasiBucks' regulatory integrity. Own our FSRA relationship, ensure full adherence to the Consumer Credit Act 2016, and build operational frameworks that let us scale responsibly. This is a leadership role with direct access to the Founder/MD.
Head of Technology
Own the entire technology stack and roadmap. Architect our platform, lead payroll API integrations, build internal credit scoring models, and ensure our systems meet FSRA security standards. Equity participation included. Hands-on leadership for a builder.
Head of Growth
Lead all revenue-generating and brand-building activities. Build and manage three teams: Employer Partnerships, Marketing & Brand, and Customer Success. Define go-to-market strategy and ensure we hit aggressive but achievable targets.
Employer Partnerships Manager
Be the revenue engine of EasiBucks. Identify, pitch, and close employer partners across all sectors in Eswatini — from manufacturing to government to retail. Handle everything from first contact to contract signing to payroll integration. Uncapped commission.
Credit & Risk Analyst
Design, build, and continuously improve our internal credit scoring and risk assessment frameworks. Your models directly determine who gets access to fair credit in Eswatini. High-impact analytical role with direct collaboration with Technology and leadership.
Marketing & Brand Lead
Build and amplify the EasiBucks brand as a force for financial inclusion. Create content, manage digital channels, produce borrower stories, and drive awareness that converts into employer partnerships and borrower sign-ups. Build a brand from scratch.
Customer Success Manager
Be the human face of EasiBucks. Provide empathetic, efficient support to borrowers via WhatsApp, email, and chat. Resolve complaints within SLA, run financial literacy programs, and turn satisfied borrowers into community advocates.
Loan Processing Assistant
Be the operational backbone of loan origination. Verify borrower identities, confirm employment and payroll details, process documentation, and ensure all KYC and regulatory requirements are met before disbursement. Clear promotion path.
Junior Developer / QA
Support platform development, bug fixes, feature implementation, and quality assurance. Work across the full stack — frontend, backend APIs, and automated tests. Learn from an experienced Head of Technology. Fast promotion path to Mid-Level Developer.
