Insurance & Reinsurance

Broker Intermediation

EasiBucks intends to place insurance and reinsurance business through its licensed brokerage arm. All underwriters and bidders must operate on a broker-intermediated basis.

5. Tri-Partite Broker Agreement

Bidders must confirm willingness to enter into a tri-partite broker agreement between EasiBucks, the appointed brokerage, and the underwriter. This ensures transparent commission structures, aligned incentives, and regulatory compliance under FSRA guidelines.
